Update sending procedure

Since the return of the fast and possibly the addition of new processing times in the future, we have decided to review our requirements for the outbound shipping process. When you place an order today, regardless of the processing time you have selected, there is no visual information on the package you are sending to indicate the processing time of your order. Once the package is delivered to PCA, it is thanks to your tracking number that we can identify your order (only if you have entered your tracking number in your personal space). From now on, we will ask you to write on the parcel your order number and the time frame you selected for the order. This will add security to the identification of the packages and will save a lot of time for our teams.
