This is the date of the last order that was opened today. For example if the date is 08/01 it means that the last package opened today is an order that was received on August 1st 2022.
- Date of last order graded: 05/31/2022
This is the date of the last order that was fully reviewed by our experts today. For example if the date is 05/31 it means that the last order graded today is an order that was received on May 31st, 2022.
- Date of last sealed order: 05/16/2021
This is the date of the last fully sealed order today. For example if the date is 05/16 it means that the last order sealed today is an order that was received on May 16th, 2022.
- Date of last order shipped: 05/05/2022
This is the date of the last order returned today. For example if the date is 05/05 it means that the last order returned today is an order that was received on May 5th, 2022.
Comments: The processing of the month of May is almost finished. Our production remains stable and is progressing at a good pace allowing us to be confident about our predictions. The processing time is getting shorter every day.
My order was placed before the dates of the indicators and was not opened/noted/sealed/sent, why?
Don't panic, it is very likely that this is a normal situation. In the majority of cases, these are orders that require manual action (cards missing from the database, wrong selection when ordering, etc.). It is also important to remember that if you do not enter a tracking number from your personal space, the tracking of your order will be non-existent or even completely distorted because the identification of your order will take more time.
