Here is the 17th PCA update on the activity at the end of September. The production is starting again at a good pace, the figures are encouraging. The 3 machines are working perfectly.

- Date of the last order opened: 06/13/2022
This is the date of the last order that was opened today. For example if the date is 06/03 it means that the last package opened today is an order that was received on June 3rd 2022.
- Date of last order graded: 27/03/2022
This is the date of the last order that was fully reviewed by our experts today. For example if the date is 27/03 it means that the last order graded today is an order that was received on April 27th, 2022.
- Date of last sealed order: 04/03/2021
This is the date of the last fully sealed order today. For example if the date is 04/03 it means that the last order sealed today is an order that was received on April 3rd, 2022.
- Date of last order shipped: 03/25/2022
This is the date of the last order returned today. For example if the date is 03/25 it means that the last order returned today is an order that was received on March 25th, 2022.
Comments: The 3 machines are now working perfectly. We are getting back to a very good rhythm. We have recently updated our forecasts and they are very encouraging. A future blog post will detail the processing time and the backlog that is being caught up.
My order was placed before the dates of the indicators and was not opened/noted/sealed/sent, why?
Don't panic, it is very likely that this is a normal situation. In the majority of cases, these are orders that require manual action (cards missing from the database, wrong selection when ordering, etc.). It is also important to remember that if you do not enter a tracking number from your personal space, the tracking of your order will be non-existent or even completely distorted because the identification of your order will take more time.
