Here is the 14th PCA update about the activity of mid-August. We had decided not to publish a PCA UPDATE during the month of August due to the fact that the production has not progressed very much because of the vacations and machine breakdowns

- Date of the last order opened: 04/20/2022
This is the date of the last order that was opened today. For example if the date is 04/20 it means that the last package opened today is an order that was received on April 20th 2022.
- Date of last order graded: 01/29/2022
This is the date of the last order that was fully reviewed by our experts today. For example if the date is 01/29 it means that the last order graded today is an order that was received on January 29th, 2022.
- Date of last sealed order: 01/24/2021
This is the date of the last fully sealed order today. For example if the date is 01/24 it means that the last order sealed today is an order that was received on January 24th, 2022.
- Date of last order shipped: 01/10/2022
This is the date of the last order returned today. For example if the date is 01/10 it means that the last order returned today is an order that was received on January 10th, 2022.
Comments: Production during the summer vacations was difficult. The departures on vacations cumulated with the breakdowns of the machines strongly slowed down the production. Today, one machine is fully operational. The second machine is partially working and the third one is not sealing at all. We have made an appointment with our supplier who will send us assistance next Tuesday (well, he was very unreachable during the vacations). We hope to be able to solve this problem and to start again in September with 3 operational machines. At the moment, the machine that is working allows us to ensure the events without delay.
My order was placed before the dates of the indicators and was not opened/noted/sealed/sent, why?
Don't panic, it is very likely that this is a normal situation. In the majority of cases, these are orders that require manual action (cards missing from the database, wrong selection when ordering, etc.). It is also important to remember that if you do not enter a tracking number from your personal space, the tracking of your order will be non-existent or even completely distorted because the identification of your order will take more time.
