This is the 12th PCA update looking back on the activity at the end of June. The machine 3 which was previously down has been repaired a few days ago. As a reminder, the site will not take any more orders from July 4th to 29th.

- Date of the last order opened: 04/20/2022
This is the date of the last order that was opened today. For example if the date is 04/20 it means that the last package opened today is an order that was received on April 20th 2022.
- Date of last order graded: 01/18/2022
This is the date of the last order that was fully reviewed by our experts today. For example if the date is 01/18 it means that the last order graded today is an order that was received on January 18th, 2022.
- Date of last sealed order: 12/28/2021
This is the date of the last fully sealed order today. For example if the date is 12/28 it means that the last order sealed today is an order that was received on December 28th, 2021.
- Date of last order shipped: 12/20/2021
This is the date of the last order returned today. For example if the date is 12/20 it means that the last order returned today is an order that was received on December 20th, 2021.
Comments: As you can see, the majority of the numbers have decreased. This overall decrease is due to the breakdown of sealing machine 3. It was repaired 3 days ago. We hope that the rate will go back up for the month of July. As a reminder, during the month of July, the website will not take orders. During this month, our team will focus on the backlog and the processing of events.
My order was placed before the dates of the indicators and was not opened/noted/sealed/sent, why?
Don't panic, it is very likely that this is a normal situation. In the majority of cases, these are orders that require manual action (cards missing from the database, wrong selection when ordering, etc.). It is also important to remember that if you do not enter a tracking number from your personal space, the tracking of your order will be non-existent or even completely distorted because the identification of your order will take more time.
