PCA UPDATE #9 : 05/15/2022

This is the 9th PCA update looking back on the activity of mid May. We are catching up faster and faster. The rating speed has drastically increased. We have also changed our internal organization regarding the rating (more details in comments). A display bug prevents us to add images in the article, it will be fixed tomorrow!

 

Presentation of the indicators :

 

⚠️These are indicators to give you an idea about the progress of the service ⚠️

 

  • Date of the last order opened: 02/01/2022

    This is the date of the last order that was opened today. For example if the date is 01/02 it means that the last package opened today is an order that was received on January 2nd 2022.

 

  • Date of last order graded: 10/25/2021 

    This is the date of the last order that was fully reviewed by our experts today. For example if the date is 10/25 it means that the last order graded today is an order that was received on October  25th, 2021.
     
  • Date of last sealed order: 09/26/2021

    This is the date of the last fully sealed order today. For example if the date is 09/26 it means that the last order sealed today is an order that was received on September  26th, 2021.

 

  • Date of last order shipped: 09/20/2021 

    This is the date of the last order returned today. For example if the date is 09/20 it means that the last order returned today is an order that was received on September 20th, 2021.

 

Comments: The speed of grading has drastically increased in recent weeks. The grading has graded the equivalent of two months in 2 weeks. This is partly due to the improvement of the grading organization. This organizational change also allows us to better manage the stocks concerning the conditioning boxes. For this reason, the opening of packages has also accelerated in the last two weeks. 

 

My order was placed before the dates of the indicators and was not opened/noted/sealed/sent, why?

 

Don't panic, it is very likely that this is a normal situation. In the majority of cases, these are orders that require manual action (cards missing from the database, wrong selection when ordering, etc.). It is also important to remember that if you do not enter a tracking number from your personal space, the tracking of your order will be non-existent or even completely distorted because the identification of your order will take more time.
