PCA UPDATE #5 : 03/01/2022

This is the 5th PCA update closing the past activity of February. We have received the 3rd machine which is being fitted out before being fully operational!

  • Date of the last order opened: 08/18/2021

    This is the date of the last order that was opened today. For example if the date is 08/18 it means that the last package opened today is an order that was received on August 18th 2021.

 

 

  • Date of last order graded: 07/07/2021 

    This is the date of the last order that was fully reviewed by our experts today. For example if the date is 07/07 it means that the last order graded today is an order that was received on July 07th, 2021.
     
  • Date of last sealed order: 06/26/2021

    This is the date of the last fully sealed order today. For example if the date is 06/26 it means that the last order sealed today is an order that was received on June 26th, 2021.

 

 

  • Date of last order shipped: 06/24/2021 

    This is the date of the last order returned today. For example if the date is 06/24 it means that the last order returned today is an order that was received on June 24th, 2021.

 

Comments: The number of open packages has significantly decreased in the last two weeks but this is a normal situation. We have released a lot of storage in the first two weeks of February. The number of opened parcels over the last two weeks is closer to reality. The implementation of the new hood has had a positive impact on the sealing process which has increased by 15% compared to the first two weeks of February.  The number of packages sent has remained stable. We estimate that our production rate will increase considerably during the month of March thanks to the 3rd machine that will be operational.

 

My order was placed before the dates of the indicators and was not opened/noted/sealed/sent, why?

 

Don't panic, it is very likely that this is a normal situation. In the majority of cases, these are orders that require manual action (cards missing from the database, wrong selection when ordering, etc.). It is also important to remember that if you do not enter a tracking number from your personal space, the tracking of your order will be non-existent or even completely distorted because the identification of your order will take more time.
