Here is the 3rd PCA update article looking back at the past activity of January. On the program, a stable production but slowed down by one week due to many cases of covid. We have invested in a 3rd machine which will allow us to increase the production at the sealing by 50%.

- Date of the last order opened: 07/06/2021
This is the date of the last order that was opened today. For example if the date is 07/06 it means that the last package opened today is an order that was placed on July 6th 2021.
- Date of last order graded: 06/09/2021
This is the date of the last order that was fully reviewed by our experts today. For example if the date is 06/09 it means that the last order graded today is an order that was placed on June 9th, 2021.
- Date of last sealed order: 06/06/2021
This is the date of the last fully sealed order today. For example if the date is 06/06 it means that the last order sealed today is an order that was placed on June 6th, 2021.
- Date of last order shipped: 06/01/2021
This is the date of the last order returned today. For example if the date is 06/01 it means that the last order returned today is an order that was placed on June 1st, 2021.
Comments: Our production rate is still stable. We have recorded a slight decrease during the month of January. Many positive cases of covid were detected paralyzing the production for 1 week. We have ordered a 3rd machine to accelerate the sealing phase. It should be operational at the end of February.
My order was placed before the dates of the indicators and was not opened/noted/sealed/sent, why?
Don't panic, it is very likely that this is a normal situation. In the majority of cases, these are orders that require manual action (cards missing from the database, wrong selection when ordering, etc.). It is also important to remember that if you do not enter a tracking number from your personal space, the tracking of your order will be non-existent or even completely distorted because the identification of your order will take more time.
