Dear customers and collectors,

The entire PCA team wishes you a wonderful year 2022. As is customary, we have one resolution, and it is a firm one: provide you the highest quality of service.

To some, this may seem almost lunar. We have spoken with many customers in recent weeks and know that the level of service and communication has often been minimal, and that we have even come across as distant, cold and inconsistent. Many of you know that this has been the result of our unpreparedness in the face of very high demand. Others also know that this is not at all in line with our mindset. We are passionate about collectible cards, and we do this business to bring added value to all collectors.

What we have understood from our exchanges is that our only vocation is to be at your service.

Here are the means we have implemented in 2022:

  • Recruitment of experts-engineers and welders
  • Industrial investments to double our production capacity
  • Recruitment of a community manager in charge of animation and interaction on social networks
  • Recruitment of personnel dedicated to customer service
