PCA's activity has been increasing over the last few months and so has the processing time. There is of course an order tracking system available from your personal space, but given the current processing time, tracking your order alone is no longer sufficient. We have listened to your feedback and worked on indicators that are easy to communicate to you in order to keep you informed on the progress of the service. For the moment this will take the form of monthly blog posts on our website.

Comments: The processing was particularly unbalanced. It was stalled at the sealing stage. The rating department was sending more cards to the sealing department than it could handle. We recently purchased a new machine and changed the old one as well. So our ability to seal your cards has increased significantly. In addition to this, the security of the packaging has also increased considerably, reducing the risk of incidents during the sealing process.
My order was placed before the dates of the indicators and was not noted/sealed/sent, why?
Don't panic, it is very likely that this is a normal situation. In the majority of cases, these are orders that require manual action (cards missing from the database, wrong selection when ordering, etc.). It is also important to remember that if you do not enter a tracking number from your personal space, the tracking of your order will be non-existent or even completely distorted because the identification of your order will take more time.
