PCA UPDATE #7 : 04/01/2022

This is the 7th PCA update on the activity of the end of March. The work on the 3rd machine is almost finished. We will normally be able to run the machines at night from the end of April. The sealing speed will soon reach the rating speed or even exceed it.  

 

 

Presentation of the indicators :

  • Date of the last order opened: 09/30/2021

    This is the date of the last order that was opened today. For example if the date is 09/30 it means that the last package opened today is an order that was received on September 30th 2021.

 

 

  • Date of last order graded: 29/17/2021 

    This is the date of the last order that was fully reviewed by our experts today. For example if the date is 29/25 it means that the last order graded today is an order that was received on July 29th, 2021.
     
  • Date of last sealed order: 27/07/2021

    This is the date of the last fully sealed order today. For example if the date is 27/17 it means that the last order sealed today is an order that was received on July 27th, 2021.

 

 

  • Date of last order shipped: 07/24/2021 

    This is the date of the last order returned today. For example if the date is 07/24 it means that the last order returned today is an order that was received on July 24th, 2021.

 

Comments: The rate of sealing is increasing rapidly and will soon exceed the scoring speed. We are aware of this and are preparing to increase the scoring speed in the near future. In addition, from the end of April, the machines will also run at night. We expect a monthly production of between 12,000 and 15,000 cards. According to our forecasts, the reduction of the processing time between 2 and 3 months should take place in August. We are currently in line with our forecast.

 

My order was placed before the dates of the indicators and was not opened/noted/sealed/sent, why?

 

Don't panic, it is very likely that this is a normal situation. In the majority of cases, these are orders that require manual action (cards missing from the database, wrong selection when ordering, etc.). It is also important to remember that if you do not enter a tracking number from your personal space, the tracking of your order will be non-existent or even completely distorted because the identification of your order will take more time.
