Here is the 2nd PCA update on the past activity of December. The end of year holidays and several departures for the vacations have had a small impact on production but our rate remains stable.

- Date of the last order opened: 06/17/2021
This is the date of the last order that was opened today. For example if the date is 06/17 it means that the last package opened today is an order that was placed on June 17th 2021.
- Date of last order graded: 06/01/2021
This is the date of the last order that was fully reviewed by our experts today. For example if the date is 06/01 it means that the last order graded today is an order that was placed on June 1st 2021.
- Date of last sealed order: 05/29/2021
This is the date of the last fully sealed order today. For example if the date is 05/29 it means that the last order sealed today is an order that was placed on May 29, 2021.
- Date of last order shipped: 05/25/2021
This is the date of the last order returned today. For example if the date is 05/25 it means that the last order returned today is an order that was placed on May 25, 2021.
Comments: Our production capacity has exceeded the number of cards received per month. For the moment our production is stable. By continuing in this way we will gradually catch up and be able to reduce the processing time in the coming months.
My order was placed before the dates of the indicators and was not opened/noted/sealed/sent, why?
Don't panic, it is very likely that this is a normal situation. In the majority of cases, these are orders that require manual action (cards missing from the database, wrong selection when ordering, etc.). It is also important to remember that if you do not enter a tracking number from your personal space, the tracking of your order will be non-existent or even completely distorted because the identification of your order will take more time.
