PCA UPDATE #11 : 06/15/2022

This is the 11th PCA update looking back on the activity of mid-June. The sealing rate has strongly decreased during the month of June. We had a breakdown on machine 2 putting it completely out of service. A change of part is necessary. We have ordered the defective part, we are currently waiting for its reception.

  • Date of the last order opened: 03/22/2022

    This is the date of the last order that was opened today. For example if the date is 03/22 it means that the last package opened today is an order that was received on March 22th 2022.
     
  • Date of last order graded: 12/20/2021 

    This is the date of the last order that was fully reviewed by our experts today. For example if the date is 12/20 it means that the last order graded today is an order that was received on December  20th, 2021.
     
  • Date of last sealed order: 11/28/2021

    This is the date of the last fully sealed order today. For example if the date is 11/28 it means that the last order sealed today is an order that was received on November  28th, 2021.

 

  • Date of last order shipped: 11/26/2021 

    This is the date of the last order returned today. For example if the date is 11/26 it means that the last order returned today is an order that was received on November 26th, 2021.

 

Comments: The service has been strongly impacted during the first two weeks of June due to this failure. We do not yet have a date of receipt of the spare part. Once received, we will have to wait for the intervention of the partner company supplying the machine. We hope that the breakdown will be solved by the end of June. 

 

My order was placed before the dates of the indicators and was not opened/noted/sealed/sent, why?

 

Don't panic, it is very likely that this is a normal situation. In the majority of cases, these are orders that require manual action (cards missing from the database, wrong selection when ordering, etc.). It is also important to remember that if you do not enter a tracking number from your personal space, the tracking of your order will be non-existent or even completely distorted because the identification of your order will take more time.
