PCA UPDATE #10 : 06/02/2022

 This is the 10th PCA update looking back at the activity at the end of May. The rate of grading has strongly increased during the month of May. Also more packages are opened and more orders are sent. 

 

Presentation of the indicators :

  • Date of the last order opened: 02/14/2022

    This is the date of the last order that was opened today. For example if the date is 02/14 it means that the last package opened today is an order that was received on February 14th 2022.

 

  • Date of last order graded: 11/28/2021 

    This is the date of the last order that was fully reviewed by our experts today. For example if the date is 11/28 it means that the last order graded today is an order that was received on November  28th, 2021.
     
  • Date of last sealed order: 11/14/2021

    This is the date of the last fully sealed order today. For example if the date is 11/14 it means that the last order sealed today is an order that was received on November  14th, 2021.

 

  • Date of last order shipped: 11/01/2021 

    This is the date of the last order returned today. For example if the date is 11/01 it means that the last order returned today is an order that was received on November 1st, 2021.

 

Comments: The organizational change in order storage has allowed us to open as well as send more packages. We have seen an increase in opening and sending packages of about 30%. We have increased our production rate by almost 40% compared to April. The 3rd machine became fully operational in early May, and 3 new people joined the sealing team.

 

My order was placed before the dates of the indicators and was not opened/noted/sealed/sent, why?

 

Don't panic, it is very likely that this is a normal situation. In the majority of cases, these are orders that require manual action (cards missing from the database, wrong selection when ordering, etc.). It is also important to remember that if you do not enter a tracking number from your personal space, the tracking of your order will be non-existent or even completely distorted because the identification of your order will take more time.
