Here is the 8th PCA update coming back on the activity of the end of April. Unfortunately we could not provide a PCA Update during the middle of April because important updates of our database but also of our website made the exploitation of the statistics impossible. In a future article, we will detail the update of our database and explain the major impact this update will have on the internal functioning of PCA. We apologize for the lack of communication regarding the PCA Update.

- Date of the last order opened: 11/25/2021
This is the date of the last order that was opened today. For example if the date is 11/25 it means that the last package opened today is an order that was received on November 25th 2021.
- Date of last order graded: 08/20/2021
This is the date of the last order that was fully reviewed by our experts today. For example if the date is 08/20 it means that the last order graded today is an order that was received on August 20th, 2021.
- Date of last sealed order: 08/22/2021
This is the date of the last fully sealed order today. For example if the date is 08/22 it means that the last order sealed today is an order that was received on August 22th, 2021.
- Date of last order shipped: 08/18/2021
This is the date of the last order returned today. For example if the date is 08/18 it means that the last order returned today is an order that was received on August 18th, 2021.
Comments: Sealing is now at the same speed as grading. The 3rd machine is fully operational and is gradually increasing our production capacity. We should reach 12,000 sealed cards during the month of May. We have also increased the speed of grading. For the moment the grading should produce as fast as the sealing. Production is still following our predictions for a return of 2 to 3 months of processing by the end of August.
My order was placed before the dates of the indicators and was not opened/noted/sealed/sent, why?
Don't panic, it is very likely that this is a normal situation. In the majority of cases, these are orders that require manual action (cards missing from the database, wrong selection when ordering, etc.). It is also important to remember that if you do not enter a tracking number from your personal space, the tracking of your order will be non-existent or even completely distorted because the identification of your order will take more time.
